Hi, my name is Miguel Schultz and a father of two wonderful kids, a husband to my beautiful wife, and a full time worker. Being stressed and overworked while taking care of everyone but me is a struggle I face daily. I have found that exercise is a great outlet to release emotions and to clear the cloud in my head and I want to help you achieve the same thing.
My passion in life is to help those around me and that’s why I started Forge Forward Fitness. No matter the obstacles and set backs we must push ahead and forge a new path forward, no matter how big the roadblocks seem.
As a personal trainer I want to help you reach your personal goals based on your current fitness level and motivation. I am not a trainer who will scold you or push you too far out of your comfort zone. But I will show you progress.
For me, personal training is just that – personal. There is no one size fits all, and each person has a workout plan specific to them based off their needs, wants, injuries, etc. I want you to succeed so you can help your children. After all, you are their Superman – let’s be strong for them.

A personalized training program consisting of 3-5 workouts per week that are tailored to your own goals and fitness level.
Once purchased an e-mail will be sent to you right away with a link to schedule a chat to go over your goals.
Training is online based and all tools are provided to you such as Google Drive, Google Meet, and an online platform to log and view workouts and progress.
